ABOUT ME

Hello, my name is Radhika, a software engineer from India. Cooking is my passion and I love to cook for others. To cook well means to bring love, passion and respect to the food being prepared and for those who enjoy it. I always try to cook with minimal, seasonal and fresh ingredients. Though I am a south Indian, I have been exposed to a variety of different cuisines through my friends and family and many a times, I try to recreate whatever I eat at restaurants. This blog is a reflection of my cooking journey. I personally do the shopping and the cooking of the recipes (yes, not to forget my husband who supports me a lot in grocery shopping and providing me feedbacks) along with “homemade” pictures from the balcony outside my kitchen. I hope you enjoy reading and please don't forget to leave a comment after you are done :)

Success! Message received.

Features

I always try to keep food simple and natural. In most recipes, I try to include color using colorful vegetables and greens as they appeal first to the sense of vision and then the tastebuds. When people appreciate what you do you, you are even more pumped up to try, discover and replicate dishes using natural fresh ingredients and least of the preservatives. A big thanks to all the people who have liked and appreciated my work that always motivates me
